    • There is a rust build up on the seat rails, lubricated the rails, motor gears.Seat does work correctly but will make some noise this noise may go away
    • When the blower motor is running there is a vibration like the blower motor fan is out of balance. Removed the blower motor assembly and found a rodent nest. Cleaned the debris out vacuumed the air box out. Reinstalled the blower. Now nice and smooth. Also inspected the cabin air filter. The filter is clogged with debris from rodents also. Replaced the cabin air filter

    • Test drove the vehicle. The vehicle does seem to bounce and not recover very well. The front struts are original and the rears have been replaced. The vehicle is not driven much. New front complete struts installed with a 4 wheel alignment $998.14 plus tax
    • pulled apart the plastic door jam plastic pieces to get to the seat belt retractor assembly. The belt strap is tangled in the belt mechanism. Was able to un tangle strap. The belt retractor now works good, Re assembled

    • P2238 (b1s1 current), P1603 (stall), and P1604 (start) in memory. Fuel trim values are marginal. MAF readings ok. Fault in a/f ratio sensor. Replace sensor, clear codes. Also needed to disconnect battery to relearn fuel trim numbers.

    • Confirmed there is a pulsation while braking. There is 8-9 mm of pad material remaining on the front brakes. The brake rotors are warped will need to replace the front brake pads and rotors to solve pulsation
    • Replace front brake pads and rotors. Clean and lubricate caliper slides. Clean wheel hubs for correct rotor to hub contact. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
