Q: What types of vehicles do you work on?
A: We service most makes and models, both foreign and domestic. If you’re unsure, give us a call and we’ll confirm whether we can work on your vehicle.
Q: Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
A: Appointments are recommended to ensure prompt service, but we do accept walk-ins when possible.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our business hours are Monday through Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Q: Do you offer towing?
A: Yes, we can arrange towing to our facility if your vehicle is not drivable. Just give us a call to set it up. We use N&S Towing 414-476-8697.
Q: Do you offer preventative maintenance services?
A: Absolutely, we perform oil changes, fluid checks, tune-ups, tire rotation, and more to help prevent costly repairs.
Payments and Policies
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, major credit cards, and checks.
Q: Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Q: What happens if I leave my vehicle after the repairs are complete?
A: We ask that vehicles be picked up within 48 hours of completion to avoid storage fees.
