- Vehicle started and ran rough. Codes P0302 & P0316 present. Checked plug and coil. Coil had failed and when removing #2 plug, the previously repaired thread insert (in head) came out with plug. The plug and insert did not want to separate. Reinstalled plug with insert, replaced coil with used part, and retested. Misfire is gone and vehicle accelerates and cruises normally. The idle is a bit rough feeling. All cylinder contributions are +/- 2. This is acceptable.
