Inspected the exhaust "puttering" noise. We found the gasket that fits between the converter and the extension pipe. This gasket was replaced when the converter was replaced. Installed a new gasket.

Tested coil and injector on #2 – found the coil has very weak output. Installed a used coil from stock, cleared codes, and test drove. Misfire is gone.
Can see the inner door handle cable is broken. It is less common for the cable to fatigue and break. It is more common for the latch to seize -requiring excessive force on the cable to open the door. We will not know if the latch is good until we disassemble the door

P0430 is in memory. Monitored both banks oxygen sensors, short term fuel trim, and long term fuel trim. Fuel trim is ok. The bank 2 downstream sensor did slightly more switching during acceleration during warm up. This is an indication it is weak. Performed a visual inspection on front catalytic converter: found one of the mounting studs is missing and the body is cracked also.
Replace left side exhaust manifold/ catalytic converter assembly
Replace transmission mount

Replace right side catalytic converter including removal of several broken exhaust manifold bolts and repairing bolts
