    • Inspected the vehicle for clunking. Found the rear open axle bushings bad allowing the clunk noise. Will need to replace the bushings.
    • Replace axle beam bushings
    • Re attached the exhaust heat shield

    • Disconnect battery hold down and battery cables. Remove battery. Clean connections if required. Install new battery, attach cables, torque hold down.
    • Vehicle was towed in, tow truck driver says he attempted to jump start but nothing. Performed testing when the vehicle got dropped off. The battery is testing bad .
