Tested and found the wiring to the oxygen sensor hanging, broken and wrapped with electrical tape. Was able to remove hanging shorted broken wires. Continued testing and found no power to the heater circuit of the oxygen sensor. Traced lack of power to a blown #18 fuse, replaced fuse to reestablish power.
Remove wheel from vehicle. Repair tire. Reinstall on vehicle.

Battery was completely dead upon arrival. We were able to use jumper-pack to get started. Charging system ok. Test drove vehicle. Charged battery for 2 hours and retested: good. Battery held charge overnight. Tested for parasitic drains: ok. Vehicle starts normally every time now. No problems experienced with starter motor. Performed complete vehicle inspection.
l/front tire looses air
Replace passenger front side marker bulb
Remove and store refrigerant, evacuate system and add proper amount of lubricant and refrigerant. Reclaim refrigerant prior to system service. Draw vacuum, check for leaks. Recharge with proper amount of lubricant and refrigerant.
Access cabin filter housing remove old air filter. Clean out housing of debris. Install new filter. Fasten housing.
Replace left outer tie rod end
Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel .
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

Removed upper radiator shield, found the support bracket broken away from radiator support. This allows the hood latch to flex down and not latch. We used screws to reattach the support bracket. Then we adjusted latch up and now the hood closes. Reinstalled shield.
