Vehicle started and ran rough. Codes P0302 & P0316 present. Checked plug and coil. Coil had failed and when removing #2 plug, the previously repaired thread insert (in head) came out with plug. The plug and insert did not want to separate. Reinstalled plug with insert, replaced coil with used part, and retested. Misfire is gone and vehicle accelerates and cruises normally. The idle is a bit rough feeling. All cylinder contributions are +/- 2. This is acceptable.

After looking into the fogginess of the rearview camera, it was found that the camera itself is aftermarket and causing the fog. To fix it, the camera itself would need to be replaced.
Replace front brake pads and rotors. Clean and lubricate caliper slides. Clean wheel hubs for correct rotor to hub contact. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
