- Verified there is a check engine light on. There is several trouble codes in the computer memory. P0140, P2096 and P2270. The exhaust flex pipe is broken causing the fresh air to dilute the oxygen sensor readings causing a lean condition. The computer is then richening the fuel mixture trying to compensate causing the rough running and most likely reduced fuel economy. Will need to replace the exhaust pipe/converter.
