    • Performed testing , there is a code P0191 in the computer memory fuel pressure sensor. Noticed while test driving w a vibration while test driving that is corresponding to engine rpm that is transmitted through the fuel lines. We monitored ecm data and fuel line and fuel rail pressures and pressures fluctuate wildly when driving. Recommend replacing the high pressure fuel pump

    • Antilock Brake light is on. C0050-18 and c0050-0F. Testing I used scanner to watched the right rear speed sensor data and found erratic response. Visual inspection found broken magnetic strip. hub/wheel bearing iheck Engine Light on. P16D0 code has TSB out on it. I found TSB testing procedure and everything is testing ok at this time.

    • P0420 catalyst efficiency – monitored upstream and downstream o2 sensors. Found the upstream is slightly erratic. Downstream sensor had readings of 1.8v when cold, then when warm, it returned to normal range of 0-780mV. The catalyst might be inefficient, but the downstream sensor readings are unreliable. This will need the downstream sensor replaced as step 1. Then the system will be able to better montior the catalyst. There is an odor of raw exhaust under hood so the manifold converter may have a leak anyway.Recommend replacement of downstream o2 sensor as first step

    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

    • Performed testing there is several trouble codes in the computer memory Check Engine Light on. PO010 PO011 the intake cam actuator solenoid and the exhaust cam actuator solenoid will need to be replaced.
