Engine had a dead misfire. P0305 present. Checked ignition – found ignition coil failed. The spark plug is gapped at .040 (in spec). However, the valve cover is distorted (looked melted) at #5 coil seat. Unsure if this is related to the coil failing. The old coil needed to be pryed out and the new coil had some trouble going in. The engine is running normally now.
Replace left upper ball joint
Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel .
Access cabin filter housing remove old air filter. Clean out housing of debris. Install new filter. Fasten housing.

Drove the vehicle and Jay thought he heard the noise once, however, there is also wind noise at faster speeds. Jays guess is a possible abutment clip randomly is making contact with a brake rotor causing the noise. There is no rub marks on the brake rotors and there is good brake pad material on the front and rear brakes.

Tested and found the wiring to the oxygen sensor hanging, broken and wrapped with electrical tape. Was able to remove hanging shorted broken wires. Continued testing and found no power to the heater circuit of the oxygen sensor. Traced lack of power to a blown #18 fuse, replaced fuse to reestablish power.
Remove wheel from vehicle. Repair tire. Reinstall on vehicle.
