    Services Performed
    • Tested the battery, starting, and charging system = ok. Tested for parasitic drain = 1.7 amp draw. When the feed wire to the HID system was disconnected, the parasitic drain went away. Conclusion: the HID system is faulty.
    • Removed the HID system, including headlamp assemblies. Replace headlamp assemblies and install LED bulbs. This however had a negative interaction with the lamp driver in the control module and caused the LEDs to flicker or go out when switching between low and high beam. The "lamp out" message was still displayed. When using incandescent bulbs, the system worked normally and warning message was not displayed.

    • Performed testing on the check engine light. There is several trouble codes in the computer memory P0207 fuel injector #7 circuit P0440 evap failure and a code P0456 evap failure small leak . Smoke tested the system and was able to pin point a leak on top of the fuel tank. Dropped the tank found there is a leak at the sender . Will need to replace the fuel sender/fuel pump to seal the evap leak
    • Inspected the vehicles suspension. Will need front shocks as the r/front shock is broken. The rear shocks are original and should be replaced.
    • Confirmed there is a broken shifter. Will need to replace the shifter
    • Replace transfer case control lever linkage
    • Replace fuel sender/fuel pump assembly
    • Install transmission mount
    • Install front shocks
    • Oil and filter change service

    • diagnostics on the grand caravan. pressure tested the cooling system, there is coolant leaking from the rear of the engine. (previously noted)Performed combustion gas testing , There is combustion gasses entering the cooling system. Will need to replace the head gaskets.

    • Verified the engine light is on. There is a code P0128 coolant temp below threashold.The coolant level is lower than should be so installed coolant and performed the correct bleeding procedure. The engine light has not returned. The following work day test drove the car and on test drive the engine light did return. The engine thermostat will need to be replaced as the thermostat is not achieving a good temp.
    • Cleans, throttle body, fuel injectors, combustion chambers, converters, ionizes carbon from system, promotes better performance and fuel economy, reduces costly repairs

    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
