P2238 (b1s1 current), P1603 (stall), and P1604 (start) in memory. Fuel trim values are marginal. MAF readings ok. Fault in a/f ratio sensor. Replace sensor, clear codes. Also needed to disconnect battery to relearn fuel trim numbers.

Confirmed there is a pulsation while braking. There is 8-9 mm of pad material remaining on the front brakes. The brake rotors are warped will need to replace the front brake pads and rotors to solve pulsation
Replace front brake pads and rotors. Clean and lubricate caliper slides. Clean wheel hubs for correct rotor to hub contact. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.

Place vehicle on alignment rack, attach equipment, measure caster, camber and toe. Compare to vehicle specifications. Set and adjust all approved alignment angles with allowable specifications.
Replace drivers front hub/wheel bearing
Test drove the vehicle and were able to duplicate the noise. Inspected on the lift and found the drivers wheel bearing making noise, will need to replace the drivers hub/wheel bearing assembly
